የነዳጅ አቅርቦት፣ስርጭት፣ግብይትና አጠቃቀምን የሚወስን የማሻሻያ ረቂቅ መመሪያ ላይ ውይይት ተደረገ፡፡

በነዳጅ ግብይት ሂደት ውስጥ የሚሳተፉ ባለድርሻ አካላት የሚጠበቁባቸውን ኃላፊነቶች ያካተተ የአቅርቦት፣ ስርጭት ፤ግብይትና አጠቃቀም ረቂቅ መመሪያ ህዳር 18/2017 ዓ.ም ለነዳጅ አከፋፋይ ኩባኒያዎች ለውይይት ቀረበ፡፡
ረቂቅ መመሪያው ከዚህ ቀደም ሲሰራበት የነበረውን የነዳጅ አቅርቦት፣ስርጭት፣ግብይትና አጠቃቀም የሚወስን ሕግን ማሻሻል በማስፈለጉ የተዘጋጀ በመሆኑ ውይይቱ በዋነኝነት በማሻሻያ አንቀፆች ላይ ትኩረት አደርጎ የተካሄደ ነበር፡፡ ግብዓት ማሠባሠቢያ ውይይቱ ከቀረበው ረቂቅ መመሪያ ይዘት ጋር ተያይዞ በዋነኝነት የነዳጅ አከፋፋይ ኩባኒያዎችን በሚመለከቱ አንቀፆች ላይ አስተያየት ተሰጥቶበታል፡፡ የነዳጅ ግብይት ሠንሰለቱ ውስጥ የተለያዩ ተዋኒያን የሚሳተፉበት ቢሆንም በዋነኝነት የነዳጅ አከፋፋይ ኩባኒያዎች ያላቸው ድርሻ ወሳኝ ነው ተብሏል፡፡
በረቂቅ መመሪያው ላይ ከባለድርሻ አካላት ግብዓት የማሰባሰብ ሂደቱ ሲጠናቀቅ ለሚንስትር መ/ቤቱ ቀርቦ በቅርቡ እንደሚፀድቅ የባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ የሕግ ጉዳዮች ስራ አስፈፃሚ አቶ ሀብታሙ ሚልኪ ተናግረዋል፡፡
